我校当年毕业的博士、硕士研究生，在学位论文答辩通过后，必须通过我校图书馆的“浙江工商大学学位论文管理系统”向校图书馆提交学位论文电子版全文。离校时，需持论文提交回执单方能在图书馆办理离校手续。具体提交流程见附件。
特别注意： 所提交的论文必须为正式版，不能提交匿名版。要求所有内容合并在一个PDF文档中， 内容包括：论文封面、中英文摘要、目录、引言、正文、参考文献、致谢、独创性声明与授权声明等。论文具体内容应与纸本论文一致。所提交的PDF应由WORD转换而成，请勿提交图片扫描版。
申请“不公开”的论文，则需提交“浙江工商大学研究生申请‘内部’学位论文审批表”到图书馆信息咨询部，并在论文封面的“密级”处标注“内部★ 年”字样，此处的年指的是壹年、贰年、叁年等；并在授权声明、独创性声明处签字，可手写或键盘输入。

学位论文提交前，需自行注册帐号。
学位论文提交后，需3个工作日时间进行审核。学位论文一旦审核通过，一律不允许修改！
学位论文审核通过后，可登录系统打印回执单，到图书馆一楼导读咨询台办理离校手续。

Dissertation Submission
After dissertation defense, all postgraduates(master and PhD) must submit the full text of dissertations to the university library through “Dissertation Management System of Zhejiang Gongshang University”. When you have submitted dissertations, you will receive a return receipt in the system which is needed when you go through the formalities of leaving the university.
Special Attention: The submitted paper must be an official version and cannot be submitted anonymously. All content is required to be combined in only one PDF document, including: cover of the dissertation, abstract in Chinese and English, catalogue, introduction, body, reference, acknowledgment, originality statement and authorization statement. The content of the PDF version should be consistent with the printed version. The submitted PDF should be converted from WORD. Please do not submit a scanned version of the dissertations.
Those who apply for a "non-public" dissertation must submit “Graduate Application 'Internal' Dissertation Approval Form of Zhejiang Gongshang University” to the Library Information Consultation Department, and mark the words "Internal ★ Year" on the cover of the dissertation. The “Year” here refers to one year, two years or three years. And you should sign in the originality statement and authorization statement. Handwritten signature and keyboard input are both acceptable.
Before submitting your dissertation, you need to register your own account.
After the dissertation is submitted, it usually takes 3 working days to review. Once the dissertation is approved, no modification is allowed!
